That may sound like business as usual in 2026, but this assistant doesn't just help with meal prep and monitor inventory. It also has an unsettling habit of surveilling employees' voices for "friendliness."
倪學仁指出，這次大火涉及多座大廈，情況更為複雜。個別單位狀況不同，亦無法僅稱樓宇已損毀，便可直接拆卸而不用處理後續程序。「假設你的汽車出事了，是想要total loss（全部損毀），但你也需要保險公司同意才行。」他估算，若政府統一回購業權，可以有助加快與保險公司的溝通。
