For entrepreneurship to become a science, it needs a dominant paradigm: a shared framework compelling enough to organize collective effort. This is a harder problem than simply deciding to test theories, because for a set of ideas to become a paradigm, it must answer some pressing open questions. We cannot wish that into existence, but we should encourage more people to try.
